My eyebrows are getting super weird. The ONLY solution was got2beglued hair gel to adhere the wigs to the scalp. Because I have to stick the hairs on my skin or they just fall to the side or down or flat or whatever. However, it ends up looking very fluffy and crisp under overhead lighting. I tried 24 hour beneficial gel, brighter, soap eyebrows, eyelash glue (has potential but ultimately too weak and very scaly), cheap gels, expensive gels, different types of soap ( dove you almost did it but alas ..), and got2be in the yellow tube has the real ability to raise my eyebrows and make me look less like I have no space between eyebrows and eyes. I don’t have particularly dense eyebrows so idk if they are just thick or if they are growing VERY wobbly. I guess they grow the opposite of elegant tbh
Since it works except for that, I think I’d experiment if I were you. I would get a spoolie and load it up with the got2be gel and then wipe most of it off, kinda like how a mascara spoolie is scraped as you pull it out of the tube. I would be aiming for all the brush bristles to have a coating but not so much between the “teeth” that it’s gloppy. Then I’d do a light coat, let it dry and check it in harsh lighting. Basically, using the least amount of product possible while still getting that fluffy control should mean that there isn’t excess to dry out and flake off. There’s also a got2be glue especially for edges, which might be slightly different and less obvious after it dries.

Do you think it could be that you have dry skin there thatβs making it difficult for product to adhere without flaking? That was my problem, but I put moisturizer over my brows now and have noticed that makes it flake less. Not sure if thatβs the same issue though.
Edit – I have tried a ton of options and gels too, the only one that worked well for me is the one that you listed, Benefit 24 hr brow gel, or clear mascara. You can also try setting powder before you apply your product.
Have you heard of brow lamination? It might be what you’re looking for and the results last 8 weeks (:
