I have fair skin and my veins appear bluish green under my skin. Long story short, all foundations look so orange against my skin. The estee lauder cool bone shade looks very orange, as does the KVD Lock-it foundation in the light and cool shade which is also orange. The only foundation that ever matched perfectly was a peripera airy ink-cushion foundation (a South Korean foundation that only has 4 different shades lol), but I’m lucky I can’t find it anymore. , and all European or American foundations are just orange on my skin, and the neutral tones look yellow. Is my skin just weird or is there something wrong?
So I hope that this makes sense. But you will need to find a cool toned foundation. Since your skin is turning orange, you need the opposite color from the color wheel. And that color is blue.
So you want a cool/blue undertone foundation. Cool undertones tend to include pink, red, or blue tones. I would Google blue undertone foundations or cool tone foundations and find ones that might interest you within your price point. And if you are interested in help, just hit Sephora and they are happy to help

Try a neutral shade.
I have the same problem! I have very pale neutral skin borderline porcelain. The lightest foundation shades for me are still too dark and look orange on my skin. Cool bone has me looking like an oompa loompa! I found SK brands tend to match me better as the shades are lighter than Western make up brands and they don’t oxidise on my skin also. I’d say that either you are going for depth of the shades you are using are too dark even though the undertone might be correct, or your products are oxidizing.
You might have a muted undertone. Nuetral shades tend to be either peach or yellow. I would try more cool/pink foundations first to rule that out. But maybe you’re a muted. South Korean makeup seems to lean more beige or muted, so that might be why the peripera worked for you. Try some of the Missha foundations. The color range is super limited but you might find something that’ll work like the peripera one you liked.
I’m more of a cool than a neutral. Yet either way there’s always orange. I’ve found a shade I like but I mix a little bit of LA Girls blue pigment mixing foundation in it to make it warmer and it makes the orange disappear. NYX makes mixing drops now too.
