My best advice would be to spend some more time blending. It looks like you may have packed shadow on all the way up to your eyebrows – maybe next time try blending it up from your crease instead of adding shadow up there. Your color selection is right on the nose! What products did you use?
I love that you’re using anime characters as inspiration. Can’t wait for you to progress to Gon.

I would lay down some soft neural brown in the crease, it helps blend blue, and use a quite fluffy brush to stipple down the blue with a slight, rounded upward flick and blend on the spot and building it up as bright as you want.
Then I would do the white/silver around it like a cut crease, dab some primer or concealer on the lid and add the light shadow then blend, if you want to.
Sometimes a harsh line looks good (it’s easy to find cut crease tutorials on YouTube)
I always put on darker colours first, especially strong and bright ones, I find it easier to clean up and if I’ll ad a shimmer it’s the last thing I’ll do.
The thing is, we all have different eyelids and eye-shapes to work with and we all need to find out what works for our selves.
