The liner looks great in both and is a good way to prevent the “pinkeye” look that is easy to accidentally do with a pink shadow.
I would switch the lip colors between the two looks – a more muted color with brighter shadow, and a brighter color with more neutral shadow.
Your brows look very natural but defined – great job!
I like the eye shadow colors you chose. They bring out the color of your eyes! You could try blending a bit more on the edges. The primer potion can make this more challenging, so one way to make it easier is to choose a matte skin tone shadow for the first one you apply, and dust it on with a fluffy brush around the edges of the primer potion/where you want the colored shadow to end. Then when you apply the darker/brighter shadows, it is easier to blend them into the skin tone shadow.
I like the lips on the left but prefer the eyes on the right
Edit: I also don’t think the shape of the eyeliner is the best for your eyes (which by the way are absolutely gorgeous) but I’m not sure what to suggest for you to try differently.
I have a very similar complexion! I wear darker pinks and purples and had a problem with it looking like I just stamped color above my eye. I would recommend putting a medium to dark shade from this pallet and using an angled brush to tap it on the lower outer corner of your eye, but just from the corner to about 1/3 of the way in. I find it also helps my lower lashes not look like spider legs!
Oh girl that liner! So perfect! Like others have said I think swapping the lip colors between the looks will help balance them. I’m absolutely in love with the eye look on the right (it looks more natural and I’m a sucker for natural looks). I think the eyeshadow on the left could be blended out a little bit more. It may just be the picture but it looks a little harsh to me. Otherwise damn girl teach me your ways!

I think the colors of the shadows and the lip products in both are so flattering to your skin tone! My only critiques would be to in the left look soften up the top edge of the shadow a tiny bit and put a little of the same pink color (Devilish) on your lower lash line.
Your skin looks flawless and I love that the looks match your sweater 🙂

I love the look on the right – so frosty and pretty.
Love the right in particular!
