Take the damaged shadows, crush them, mix them with some isopropyl alcohol, put the glob back in the pan, press firmly with a paper towel, let air dry. Should fix it! I’ve done it several times with shimmers as well as mattes.
Get something with a flat surface, like the bottom of a can or a cup and put a damp wipe there. Then use the cup-wipe to clear the surface without touching the shadows ☺️

I ordered 7 palettes to the UK and this was the only one that arrived damaged. I did contact them at the time but got no response.
I tried tapping the shimmers into place but they still seem loose.
