Does this sound like a good routine (in order): 1. Cleanse with cerave 2. Moisturize with Cerave 3. Sunscreen 4. Rescue Bareminerals Complexion 5. Urban Decay Fixing Spray Do I also need ‘a powder or does that sound good enough? Is fixing spray even a must? Advices? Also sun protection recommendations?

That looks fine to me!! For sunscreen recommendations, head to r/SkincareAddiction maybe? I love the La Roche Posay Anthelios 60 sunscreen
If you’re using a tinted moisturizer type product like complexion rescue, I don’t think you really need to use a setting spray. I personally only really use one if I’m going to an event (which hasn’t happened in a long time) and want to encourage my makeup to stay on the whole time. Some sprays like Mac Fix+ also help mesh your makeup together if it’s looking powdery, but doesn’t seem like that’s an issue for you.
You don’t have to use powder at all! But I personally think setting sprays are pretty useless. Granted I have normal skin type, but when you think about it it’s just water or maybe alcohol which is worse anyways, so. 🤷♀️
