Summer is here and I’m looking for some fun, brightly colored eyeliners to add to my makeup. However, the only bright eyeliners I have found are Nyx cosmetics with a brush tip. Does anyone know if there are any felt colored liquid eyeliners currently on the US market?
I don’t know of any great felt tip eyeliners, but there’s plenty of water activated colourful cake liners. Suva is very popular with their cake liners
