Ok i need help and my first post was declined because it was too short so forgive me for doing this i am a 23 year old female. I’m technically fit, weigh 130 pounds and am 5’4. But I have a serious problem with the jowls and the double chin. I also have crazy wrinkles on my forehead but that’s because I’m smiling too hard. I just hope someone knows how to fix a big scary head, i have a tiny body but my face is FAT. Please help. In short, does anyone have any facial exercises or something that will help me? I don’t want to have the operation, but my face is big and it doesn’t fit my body and I feel bad. I have 50 British 50 Swedish
you cant spot reduce body fat. however – i’m almost certain that the issue you see is not what others think of you. we can be our own worst critics. even if you do have a double chin, who gives a rats butt, ya know? you are worthy as you are and you don’t have to look a certain way to be accepted.
It’s genetic unfortunately ;-; I have the same problem as you. You can try looking up how to contour double chin, it worked slightly for me but honestly didn’t do much. I think you can do jaw workouts too to exercise that muscle but I have no idea if it actually works lol. I’ve just learned to live with it at this point, it’s only a big deal if you put too much thought into it.
