I haven’t tried the Marc Jacobs one myself, but I’ve really been loving the Colourpop Super Shock Shadows in the ultra glitter finish. I resisted them for years because I hadn’t had good experiences with the company way way back when they first came on the scene. But my best friend got me one for Christmas and it’s actually gorgeous. I bought another one two weeks later and have been wearing them ever since.

They stay put over a base (not a concealer for me, I use eyeshadow primer or glitter primer depending on my desired finish) better than powder glitters, or even sometimes liquid ones- looking at you elf. They’re pretty easy to apply, I recommend finger first then blended with a brush. And the shimmer/glitter is very dimensional.
