So I struggled to find a black eyeliner that I can put on my lower waterline without leaking: (any recommendations?
If you don’t mind non drugstore, the Chanel waterproof eyeliner retractable pencil has been my go to for over 20 years. I’ve tried dozens of other pencils throughout those 20 years and haven’t found any that reaches that level. One in place, I will only move with makeup remover, and not all of them to that 😉
