I wear glasses every day. I love makeup, but every time I wear makeup and glasses it doesn’t really work. My nose is getting incredibly oily, my glasses are slipping and my makeup is smearing. Anyone have any application tips, products, or tips or tricks for a four-eye makeup lover?
What I’ve find works for me is I’ll clean my glasses and then put a small brushing of setting powder on the bridge and pad part of my glasses. I have pretty good successes with it. And when I say small brushing, I mean a super small amount of powder.
Also, when it’s hot and I’m sweating and it’s making the glasses an issue, I have finishing powder and a collapsible kabuki brush in my purse to repowder the parts that touch my face.
Might be worth a shot to see if that might work for you.
Consider if you really need coverage in the areas touched by your glasses. You could potentially skip face makeup (and play just with the eye area) or just foundation, using concealer in targeted areas like blemishes and maybe undereyes

So I generally go for a low coverage look anyways…. I realize this doesn’t work if you’re going for high coverage.
I skip the bridge of my nose when applying liquid/cream foundation and try to get as little powder on it as I can.
If I know I’m in for a busy day I’ll put some wet n wild eyeshadow primer (it’s super sticky) on the bridge of my nose and that helps my glasses stay put. My glasses have adjustable nose pads too.
I’ve also heard good things about nerdwax-a wax you apply to your glasses to help them stay put.
I also wipe my nose pads and ear hooks for my glasses with miceller water a few times a week to keep them clean and at their best.
