Good morning! I’m new (: I’m here because I love makeup (duh) and just found out that my 15 year old cousin does too! He doesn’t know where to start or what to buy. Told him I have him! get her a little kit to get her started. It’s been a long time since I bought “beginner” makeup, do you have any suggestions on makeup suitable for beginners for a teenager who is just starting to understand himself? thanks in advance
Just watched this video by EmilyNoel of best products under $5, and some of these might be great for him, especially if affordability is an issue and/or he doesn’t want to spend much unless he knows what he likes.
