i bought 4 eyeliners from FOCALLURE (felt tip, brush tip, gel pencil and in a pot)
this look was made with the pot eyeliner, which was very creamy but difficult to build up to a thick layer because it started drying and tugging on my eyelids a little.
the felt tip was worn for an entire day (different look) and it only flaked off a little, didn’t smudge eveywhere.
eyeliner: FOCALLURE pot eyeliner, felt tip eyeliner.
fake freckles: FOCALLURE brown gel pencil eyeliner.
magnetic eyelashes: SEVICH cosmetics, very cheap and looks great!
foundation: BECCA cosmetics ultimate coverage.
blush: REVOLUTION flamingo mini blush trio palette.
lips: LILYBYRED mood matte 04, ETUDE HOUSE 110 chiffon beige

I read the best waterline eyeliner was just plain ole CoverGirl so I went and bought some from Dollar General and it actually is the best I’ve used on my waterline…your makeup looks amazing!
that look is fantastic! also, here are a few waterline eyeliner tips from my mom and some of my personal opinions as well.
I found that liquid eyeliner is the easiest to apply to the waterline compared to pencil eyeliner, though I’ve never tried gel and can’t comment on it’s effectiveness.
When applying, try to apply to the outer part of the waterline, as applying it closer to the eye could have it leak down the inside of your eyelid. It’s happened to me and it isn’t fun to get out!
