How do you decide which color (s) you want to use when you have too many palettes to choose from? Plus a photo of my eye, the lighting was good before it snowed on the side 🙃
I base it on what I’m wearing and pick out a couple of colours, to work with
You have stunning eyes! Great color choice. And you skin is so perfect.
Sometimes I look online for inspiration, sometimes I pick a couple of colours at random and then make a look from that, sometimes I ask my fiance to pick a colour as a starting point.
Who would have thought that while I was buying eyeshadow palettes last year like crazy, I’d have the problem of “what to wear”? Well I would have thought about it if I’d been thinking! So yes, I have the problem and try to mix it up so I don’t use out of the same palette all the time. And I’ll also consider what color clothing I’m wearing altho I don’t want it to LOOK like I’m matching e/s color with clothing (except on St. Patrick’s Day).
I made a list of all of the names of my eyeshadow palettes in alphabetical order and i am going down that list day by day in that order. I am up to M! It gets me to use everything i own and try new things. however i don’t limit myself to only that palette just make sure i use it. i dip into others if i need a different certain color. hope this helps or you find some other way to choose 🙂
