I recently purchased the ebin edge control (with the black cover) as a dupe for ABH eyebrow gel and just tried it on my eyebrows today. How long to dry? It’s been maybe 15 minutes and it doesn’t seem dry: / am I doing something wrong or isn’t it supposed to dry?
