So I have two bottles of Foundation that are not yet empty, but are aging a bit. Those of May and the other of June. I took a good 3 month break from makeup (because I have to wear a mask more) but it doesn’t really suit me anymore. How can I recycle / dispose of them without causing harm to the environment? Do I just throw them in the trash?

You can just rinse with water! No need to worry about environmental hazard going down the drain because this stuff can go on your face. (That would suck if it was toxic.)
Just rinse and recycle if you can.
Unrelated to your question: check your product label for something that looks like a tiny jar. Should have a number next to it, which tells you how many months your foundation lasts. Most last 12. Your foundation might not look good on you because of the season. It may look good on you again after winter.
