I love the brand, but the brown is too dark! Is there a safe way to lighten up mascara? I tried Googling, but most of the answers were how to detangle / dilute the mascara. If the thinning makes it lighter, that would be great. I have never diluted mascara before.
I think thinning would mess with the formula but not with the pigment. Only other thing I could think of is mixing it with a white lash primer, but every time you apply it. Like on a palette or something. I really wouldn’t mess with trying to do something in the tube itself, lest it upset the formula/preservative concentration. Eyes are too precious to risk.
