I recommend checking out Risa Does Makeup: https://youtu.be/boj0fnMxwWA
She actually has hooded eyes, but somehow she can pull off amazing makeup looks. Her style is a bit too polished/glam for my personal liking, but I’ve learned some useful techniques.
This eyeshadow technique is helpful and quite easy to do: https://youtu.be/si-LTvM3Y9Y

For eyeliner I recommend this tutorial by Stephanie Lange: https://youtu.be/NOG6XK6adk8
There is also a subreddit dedicated to r/hoodedeyes !
You have almost the exact eye as me! I look up hooded eye looks and get frustrated cause they still have so much space to work with compared to me.
if you’re struggling to do winged eyeliner specifically, I could probably share some tips I’ve learned over the years that make a huge difference; I have very hooded eyes that look quite similar to yours c:
Yes! Something I can help with! Take your shadow all the way above your crease, or do simple shadow looks and smoke out your lower lash line. The lower lash line is the one I use color on most sometimes because I have less lid space.
Also! Don’t be discouraged by doing a winged liner look! You can still do it you just have to do it differently. Instead of dragging the liner all the way across the lid, only drag it to the outer third of your lid.
Also, sometimes shimmers are a pain to work with because they get everywhere when you don’t have much lid space, focus your shimmer shades on the inner corner and the inner third of your eye.
