I’m so damn proud you all. I do have videos of this look, but I’m not sure what’s the best way to share it. Anyway, my friend doesn’t usually use makeup, so she doesn’t have her own makeup stash for touch ups & won’t know how to do it on her own either. Thanks to current situation, the number of guests at her wedding is *extremely* limited, so I can’t be there to touch up either. That’s why the makeup has to last her 12+h & she still had to run errands so she was going around wearing a mask in hot & humid tropical weather. Oh & the signing at the courthouse requires her to wear a mask the entire time. I’ve never attempted to make makeup last this long under way less than ideal conditions so I was so nervous. I still can’t believe I pulled it off so I’ll write down what I did on top of the product list in case anyone needs it:
I did her eyes first in case of any fall out.
Eyes:
1. **Eccentric Cosmetics’ Primer** all over lids
2. Lined her eyes with **Esqido’s gel liner in brown**
3. Smudged the liner to get a soft, smoked liner look
4. Used **Perfect Diary’s Cardcaptor Sakura palette**:
1. Mystery patted over the liner to help it last longer & smoked upwards & outwards
2. Sakura all over lids
3. **It’s Demo x Pikachu powder** rubbed at the edges to soften them
4. Mystery blended into the outer corners for depth & outer half of lower lashline for a soft line
5. First Encounter blended between Mystery & Sakura Blossom to get a softer blend
6. The Glow in inner corners
7. **Love liner** to create a puppy liner. The liner did not go past the outer half of her eye to make the shape more flattering
8. **Aliexpress lashes** + **Duo lash glue**
9. **Colourpop’s glitter** in the middle of her lower lashline. Didn’t show up in the pic since the light is head on, but it makes her eyes really sparkle when the light catches at the right angles.
Face:
1. Used **AHC peeling gel** to get rid of any dead skin for better grip + **Biore Perfect Face Milk sunscreen** for sun protection. Not sure if it’s my imagination but I swear this sunblock also makes my makeup glide on better.
2. Misted **Skindinavia priming spray** all over face
3. Applied **Emina Pore Ranger** (cheap Indonesian dupe for Benefit’s Porefessional) in areas where she has uneven texture & under eyes only. I figured the thicker the makeup, the more chances of cracking/smudging.
4. Dusted a thin layer of **It’s Demo x Pokemon translucent powder** all over her face.
5. Used the orange **Make Over’s colour correcting palette** mixed with the beige to get a salmon shade to cover her under eye circles, green on blemishes that has redness.
6. Dabbed down with a beauty blender soaked in **Skindinavia’s finishing spray**.
7. Applied **NYX Total Control Drop Foundation in Alabaster** under her eyes in a triangular shape under her eyes to further brighten it. Dabbed down with beauty blender again.
8. Covered blemishes & the freckles she wanted to cover individually with foundation. Learnt this from a MUA in South Korea. It maximises the amount of skin that shows, so you really get that natural look. For foundation, she brought an **Innisfree foundation** (didn’t get the shade name) that was too dark for her, so I mixed it with my **NYX Total Control Drop Foundation in Alabaster** until I got the right shade.
9. Buffed down with fluffy brushes in the centre of the blemishes, blended out the edges of the foundation with the pointy tip of the beauty blender. Largest brush used in these 2 steps was half an inch wide. Don’t recommend this daily because it took slightly over an hour.
10. For spots that still show up, I first dusted a light layer of **It’s Demo x Pokemon translucent powder** over it then dabbed **Perfect Diary concealer in B00** that’s mixed with a tiny bit of **NYX Total Control Drop Foundation in Alabaster** to get her shade. Added foundation on top if the spot still shows, and repeated this step (with green colour corrector if there’s redness) until the spot no longer shows.
11. Misted **Skindinavia finishing spray** all over face at the end.
Brows:
1. **The Feisty Chick brow pencil in Dark Brown**. It’s the only shade I had that suited her, no other particular reason.
Blush:
1. **It’s Skin Macaron Blush. 05** at the lower half blended into **02** at the upper half of her face. This blush gives me the most natural flush.

That’s crazy! I live in south Louisiana and it’s hot and humid (might as well be considered a tropical climate tbh) 10 months out of the year. You walk outside and feel sticky. No matter what I’ve tried (primers, different foundations, “hacks”, setting sprays, etc.), my foundation just melts/sweats off, so I usually go bare-bones on complexion and focus on bold eyes and lips.
She looks stunning. You did a bang up job, and she looks so happy!
Is that the just finished and the end of night look? Impressive!
This is lovely bridal makeup for someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup on the regular. You did a great job!

She looks so fresh and radiant but not overly done up. I hope she had a great time.
Looks great! She looks super happy.
Wow!!! I’m soooo impressed! It looks intact after all that time!
For the beauty blender soaked in finishing spray, does this mean you skipped soaking it on water or did you soak in water then spray the sponge?
She looks so beautiful and I absolutely ADORE her smile! She looks so happy 🥺 great job OP!
She’s glowing! You did a great job OP, it’s amazing that it lasted this long.
So gorgeous. It’s a perfect subtle eye look.
You’re friend is so pretty ☺️

I’m slightly curious (because I’m an emotional person) — did you anticipate happy tears? And if so what was your strategy?
Also she’s absolutely beautiful, and she looks so natural! You did a fantastic job ❤️
