Hey OP, I could be very wrong but judging by the picture, it looks like you place blush on the rounder parts of your cheeks.
You look like you have a round face, like myself, and I’ve found that placing blush further out towards the sides of my face gives a more contoured look.
I love the colour palette you’ve chosen for the eyes. Its very striking 🙂
