My skin tends to be combo. A little oil in there but dry and sensitive under my eyes. I just found an eye cream that I can use without a bad reaction, Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Care. I like it and it doesn’t make my eyeballs burn like a thousand suns. But damn it, I can’t find a concealer to put under my eyes that doesn’t wrinkle or spoil. I tried the Glossier Stretch Concealer. It looks good for a few minutes and then it wrinkles. I tried the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, and it just looks mushy and honestly ages me (I’m 26). I have dark circles that I’m trying to brighten up, but yeah, I’m not lucky. I’m willing to spend a bit more if it actually works. Or, if there is another magic solution that I don’t know of, please share it. Thank you!
I usually mix my concealer and eye cream together to create my own eye bb cream. My personal ratio is 50/50 of each. Also I don’t bake, powder or use foundation under my eyes as it tends to make it cake, crease or otherwise age me. I’m 38 with eye wrinkles. I do not need to look any more aged than I am lol
When it comes to dry under eyes, I always opt for a damp sponge with concealer. Or I warm up the concealer with my fingers and tap it on. I set with the world’s TINIEST amount of powder. Even though I’m dry, I need it for my glasses/no creasing. I also have very sensitive eyes, that are constantly watering.
Unfortunately, the only thing I like for under eye darkness is the Becca under eye brightening corrector… But they’re going out of business :(. It’s very emollient, and a little goes a long way. I warm it up with my ring fingers and tap it on. I blend it mostly with my fingers and then the rest of the way with a damp sponge.
I don’t know if it helps, but maybe your skin’s moisture barrier is compromised? Now that you’ve found an eye cream that works, just focus your time on rehydrating your skin. It may help with the creasing.

Applying a half drop of Squalane Oil to the under eye and letting it sit for 5 mins or more, then applying your concealer with a micro sponge, pat over creases, then set with tiniest amount of lose powder, works for me.
I mean personally I’ve had luck with the Jeffree Star concealer and I have skin on the oily side. I make sure to bake it pretty good though because I know my skin and oil. And it’s not too harsh when wiping it off at the end of a long day
