I wake up at 6:15 am to go to school, my class starts at 7:10 am. it’s a long drive. I have hardly any way to put on makeup unless I do it at school or you don’t wear anything? it’s hard enough to do my skincare routine on time

Find multiple uses for products. Blush, bronzer, and highlighter all can work as eyeshadow. Lipstick can work as a cream blush or as eyeshadow.
Find products that can help you skip a step. Instead of wearing matte lipstick AND a lip gloss, wear a lipstick that already has a glossy finish. Instead of wearing blush AND highlight, wear cream or liquid blush that has a glowy finish. Instead of wearing concealer AND foundation, use one to only cover up the spots that really need to be covered.
Over the years Iāve also just cut out steps completely. I just moisturize instead of prime. I donāt set with powder because Iām fine with my face getting shiny throughout the day. It also means I donāt really need highlight. I just use a tinted brow gel instead of filling them in. I donāt do eyeliner, or lipliner. Sometimes I wonāt wear mascara. Sometimes Iāll do blush OR bronzer.
It all really just depends on the day and how much time I have.
Start simple. Tinted moisturizer if you need it (at 17 it may just make any skin problems you had worse-it definitely did for me), a brow pencil, one or two eyeshadow colors that apply easier, mascara. Once you get that down to a few minutes, start adding more in if you feel like it.
Other solution: just wake up a little earlier?

I wake up the same time as you and get to work (coincidentally, a school!) at the same time. Is your skincare routine really complex in the mornings? Does it need to be? I do the bare minimum regarding that and save the good stuff for before bed. My makeup routine takes roughly 5-10 minutes to do in the mornings – tinted moisturizer, fill in brows, allover single eyeshadow colour on the eye plus a shimmer on the inner corners, winged liner (YMMV – this takes me very little time because I’ve been doing it daily for 8+ years now), sometimes mascara, a bit of highlighter on the cheekbones, some blush, and finish with lip balm/sometimes lipstick. With COVID I’d omit the lipstick and often the blush as well since my mask covered that all up at work anyway.
Lots of luck! I find that practicing a basic routine a lot helps make things go faster.
So I used to wake up earlier in the beginning (I recommend that if you can and havenāt gotten faster yet) but Iāve noticed that over the three years that Iāve been doing makeup, that Iāve gotten faster at my basic everyday/school routine. My basic routine:
Skin care: face wash, moisturizers, sunblock
Makeup: primer, foundation or bb cream, concealer, powder to prevent concealer from cracking and shiny forehead, blush, eyebrow powder or pencil, then an eyelash curler (be careful with this one if youāre rushing) and mascara, then a lip balm or gloss or whatever Iām feeling that day for lips.
