It seems like every mascara I buy leaves dark marks under my eyes after a few hours. So I wipe them off and then of course my (VERY needed) concealer under the eyes comes off and now I’m a mess. I want a great mascara that lengthens and volumizes but stays put. I even had this problem with waterproof mascaras. No suggestion? I will pay whatever I want for the mascara.
I LOVE Tarte’s Gifted mascara and swear by it. It’s super easy to layer so you can get the exact length and thickness that you want and it’s never clumpy or smudgy. The only downside, though, unsurprisingly, is that it is a MASSIVE PAIN to get off!

Have you tried maybelline waterproof lash sensational
i use Pur Fully Charged as i’ve always had the same problem with fallout etc. But i wouldn’t get the one with the LED light in the lid because i find it casts shadows which make it harder for me to see where i’m applying (the idea of it is cool though)
Too Faced Better than Sex Waterproof. Doesnt budge and keeps my lashes curled
Benefit They’re Real doesn’t budge for me, and is even kinda hard to take off with waterproof make up remover.
Essence Lash Princess waterproof mascara is incredible
