Depends on what overall look you’re going for. This specific one looks to me like “no bullshit bank lady” or something like that.
My suggestions:
– work on blending the eyeshadow edges more into the skin
– do a shorter wing for everyday, yours looks good but it’s dramatic.
– think about bringing the lipstick in a bit on the lower lip. Lisa Eldredge has a video about this, lipstick shape can give us sad or angry vibes enhancing resting bitch face. I found it really useful https://youtu.be/EHOqJLHZqD8
– you have beautiful eyes both color and eye shape. Try purple and green shadow colors, they make the blue pop.
– reconsider your eyebrow shape. There are some “rules” to get a flattering shape and one of them is that the brows should start (towards the nose) at the same level to where the nostrils start. Also yours are a bit low in the middle…to me it looks like your raising your brows kind of like an angry teacher :p.
If you’re happy with it ignore me but if you’re interested in a softer more “feminine” look try my ideas and see if you find anything you like.

I would feather out the brows and use brown instead of black eyeshadow. Take care to blend the edges!
My only critique would be that I would blend the edges more, especially since it’s a darker shadow.
