your inner arm and face are usually not the same shade. veins mean nothing when it comes to undertones. it would be much easier to tell if you posted your neck/jaw in different lighting.
Cool with pink undertones.
Looks like a pink undertone to me, but I’m no expert on this, so someone please correct me if I’m spreading false information lol

I agree you are cool with pink undertones. See your veins look very blue to me so it’s obvious. My veins look bluish greenish to me… but I have a lot of redness to my skin so It’s confusing. Don’t think I’ve ever had a foundation that really matched.
