I have Indian heritage and a skin color that resembles Mia Khalifa. For the most part my skin is blemish free, but I have these DARK eye circles with a heavy burgundy red tone. All other “caramel” colored beauties have similar issues and what kind of concealer and method do you use to cover it up?
