So, I placed an order with them. I have ordered from them several times and had a few issues, but none are as bad as this one. So I receive my order, I open the box with enthusiasm and see that two items are missing. I immediately emailed them and informed them that I was missing the foundation brushes I ordered. The rep said she checked with the distribution center and they told her they were out of stock. 1, Why not let me know once you have prepared my order to ship? 2, Why would you charge me the full price of my order and not refund me when you found part of my order was out of stock? !! She then offered me store credit. I told her I didn’t want store credit, I wanted a refund for the missing items. Crickets … Then I get an email saying I received store credit, and voila, it’s for less than what I actually paid. At this point, I am furious. I emailed them and told them I said I wanted a refund and the store credit amount was not even the amount I paid !!! She mentioned that I used a coupon code which I did but the amount was still less than what I paid with the coupon code !!!! They have to be one of the less professional cosmetics companies out there. I will NEVER order from them again, which is another reason store credit is unacceptable.
