I used to work as a makeup artist for Lancôme and something identical is the Kroger brand eye makeup remover. It works and feels the exact same as bifacil, and it’s oil-free!

The L’Oréal eye makeup remover 100% oil free is good and recommended for sensitive eyes.
I quite like the neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover. I use it to remove my lash bands so they last longer and it’s honestly 10/10

I have some sensitive eyes and the Almay pads have been really good to me. I don’t know if it’s exactly a dupe that you’re looking for, just offering an alternative.
Not sure if this is what you are looking for…. But those makeup eraser clothes are freaking amazing. I stopped using the remover and just use the clothes now. Target has them
There’s a brand called Lash Clean that makes a cleanser specifically for extensions. It’s not drugstore but might be worth it! Just a heads up that ANY micellar water is not oil free.
I like the Cetaphil biphasic remover. I even use it as my first cleanse in warmer months because it’s light but mighty! HTH.

Are you really not supposed to use oils if you have a lash perm? I’ve heard that for lash extensions. I get lash perms all the time and as long as I wait the recommended 24 hours before doing my oil cleanse around my eyes, I’m good to go.
