Hi everyone! I am fairly new to makeup and have only done my eyeliner and mascara + lip tint recently. I was wondering about investing in a highlighter and eyeshadow and wanted to make some recommendations regarding these specs: Eyeshadow: I want something glittery and warm in tone so I can go for a look that is not very glamorous? All that goes well with eyeliner / cat eye! Highlighter: Preferably something easy to use (I’ve heard of stick highlighters?) And good for everyday use! Thanks a lot guys! <3

Eyeshadows, I really like the Huda Nude obsession 9 pan palettes, the size is not overwhelming, the shades compliment each other so you can’t really go wrong in terms of color pairing, the blend easily and I love the glittery shades. You can pick one based on your skin color (light, medium, rich) or do like me and get the 3 to mix and match 😁
For highlighter, personally I prefer powder over cream/stick just because its less easy to mess up (in my opinion, but I am not a big fan of cream products in general)
I recently picked up the BH Cosmetics Desert Oasis palette and it fits the bill for both a shimmery glam eyeshadow palette and some beautiful and easy to use highlighters. The colors are very pretty and look great on my eyes, and the highlighters are buttery and easy to apply.
