Well, I don’t buy a lot of high dollar makeup, but I do love Wet N Wild photo focus foundation, they have a wide range of colors/shades; I believe they have a porcelain shade which is very, very light, and ELF makes a hydrating primer that is pretty cheap, too. Before doing your makeup, make sure you apply a good moisturizer, which you may already do, I use CeraVe.
Can I ask what products you’ve recently used? What skincare items do you apply before putting makeup on and what makeup have you worn?
I recommend the NARS radiant longwear. I also have DRY skin so I was looking for a hydrating formula. It is a bit pricey (retails for $45 I think) but it’s full coverage so it could last long
