These are the Tower 28 BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blushes! Absolutely love them from the consistency to how they look on the skin (which is with a slight luminosity once set down) to their longevity.
The formula is a little on the drier side when you’re blending, esp compared to other creamier cream blushes, so I like using a stippling brush more than a finger and starting off with a tiiiiny amount as they’re very pigmented.
