This is just window-shopping the new beauty releases (one of my favorite things to do!) Sometimes, I come across some really awesome, inspiring products – other times, I feel some type of way about a few of these releases. Read on to find out if I’m ‘Inspired or Tired’ by these 9 new products!

▪️Hince ‘Second Skin’ Foundation – $35.93

❌ TIRED

☕ Available in 5-whopping-shades, this is a new K-Beauty launch hitting the market. I know the argument about less shades being made for the Asian market, but my retort to that is: IF they are expanding sales beyond borders – it ONLY benefits the brand to be more inclusive. They could have tried a little harder for the US market. I’m definitely not interested in this.

▪️Maybelline ‘Express Brow’ 2-in-1 Pencil and Powder – $8.99

✅ INSPIRED

☕ Now, this just looks cool. I found a decent shade match, so I’m not too worried about that aspect. I love testing out new brow products so much, & the entire 2-in-1 has got me intrigued.

▪️MAC ‘Cruella To Be Kind’ Eyeshadow Palette – $45

❌ TIRED

☕ Nah, total pass. I dislike everything about this. The layout gives me anxiety, the fact that it breaks down into pieces has me asking, ‘why’?, the shade selection isn’t my favorite, & I’m not a huge fan of the theme. Overall, I’m obviously just not the target market for this palette.

▪️Beauty Bay ‘Youtopia’ Pressed Pigment Palette – $10

✅ INSPIRED

☕ I’ve actually never considered a Beauty Bay palette before, but I love how small, yet satisfying this is. You can make a whole look, including blend-out shades! I hear the quality of Beauty Bay shadows are pretty nice, so considering the price is right, I just might try this.

▪️ELF ‘Jelly Pop’ Glow Stick – $8

❌ TIRED

☕ Have any of you tried the Ciaté London Glow Stick? I’d imagine this ELF one would be a similar formula. I really don’t care for things that stay sticky & glossy on my cheeks, it just creates an uncomfortable feeling all day long.

▪️Dior ‘Diorshow Maximizer 3D’ Lash Primer – $29.50

✅ INSPIRED

☕ I have a Dior lash primer right now, & it’s my most-favorite lash primer that I’ve ever used. After I finish it up, this is the one I have my eye on – it sounds amazing!

▪️Glow Recipe ‘Watermelon Glow Hyaluronic Clay Pore-Tight’ Facial – $40

❌ TIRED

☕ Just let me explain…I LOVE Glow Recipe, I really do. Their products are so cute, & I’ve had great success with much of their line. I’m just sick of every single ‘new’ thing coming out, being completely about hyaluronic acid. That is an ingredient that I personally avoid at all-costs. I really hope that their future launches utilize & feature other hydrating ingredients instead.

▪️Valentino Beauty ‘Very Valentino’ Foundation – $64

✅ INSPIRED

☕ We’ve been waiting for this line for wayyy too long, & finally … we get to see it! I pretty much love everything in the line (how it looks, anyway) but, I’m specifically REALLY interested in trying out that foundation! Thankfully, it comes in 40-shades, it’s part of a 3-step system, & it’s a semi-matte finish.

▪️Morphe x Ariel ‘Signature Look’ 12-Piece Face & Eye Brush Set – $32

❌ TIRED

☕ Morphe’s ‘thing’ is brushes. That’s what they’ve always excelled in. When they do new brushes, I always take a second glance. I watched some reviews about these, & apparently they are ‘too soft’, & that’s not really the type of brush I like. I like a little density mixed with movement. Nothing too soft, where it just bends & makes it more difficult to blend.

I saw someone use the new Beauty Bay palette in a video, and it looked amazing and very easy to work with!
