Today I am organizing my brushes, setting sprays, and skincare section of my vanity.
I started by taking everything off the vanity, and gave the wall and counter a solid wash with Pine-Sol.
I threw away all the trash, and all the eyeliner sharpenings. I put away the abandoned jewelry that’s been sitting there (untouched) for ages. I collected all the hair ties and hair products and put them in their proper storage area.
Next, I tore off the top part of my skincare box, and dusted it all off and reorganized everything into the box.
After that, I wiped out my small acrylic organizer and separated all my small skincare back into their proper places after giving them a quick dusting.
The next step was setting spray. I took each bottle and shook it to mix the product around a little bit, and dusted the bottles off. I found 2 setting sprays that were almost empty, and set those aside to use up ASAP (this week). I also found one that’s new in its box, and I opened it up and added it to the collection.
Lastly, the brushes. I have 4 brush cups – each designated for different usages. I dusted the rims and sides of each cup, and plucked any loose hairs from the protruding bristles.
That was all I did for today! I still have 3 more top-sections to go before I’m fully done.
