Hey, I live in an Asian country where nyx, neutragena, and elf don’t exist, so I found various videos and product listings available. I need a very mattifying base that is resistant to hot, humid weather and my sweat. I also only have a concealer to put on it. So the options are – L’Oreal Foolproof Matte Lock Primer (I’ve heard mixed reviews where it has busted people, but others say it’s the best drugstore matte primer) Rimmel Stay Matte Silicone Primer ordinary high tack I can only buy one unfortunately, so I would like your opinions and reviews about them. Rimmel Stay Matte.
I like that whole line for oily skin–I currently have the powder and the setting spray in my collection, and have used the primer before. However, I’ve never tried the Ordinary one. I did not like L’Oreal though, it definitely felt super heavy and made me break out personally.
