I have tried working with NYX Glitter Glue and Pixie Epoxy. Anytime I use them with loose pigment or to make a sparkle / shine eye shadow more impactful, I feel like I have a terrible texture on my lids. I can’t smooth it out with a soft blend with a brush or my finger. It seems important that I apply the primer to my lid and then either shade or use a wet brush in the pigment. Any idea what I could do wrong or different methods to try? I don’t think I use a lot. I let the base dry for ~ 10 seconds before applying. I don’t feel like my lids are very textured when I apply shadow normally.
Doesn’t sound like your using them wrong, you could just not enjoy they products, I always just use a little eyelash glue for glitters and shimmer, maybe try that and compare?
