I find it easiest to use two different lip colors (rather than foundation which can get crusty) to do a gradient lip!
Take a creamy lip thatโs a nude color and put it all over your lips and blend out the edges, and then put a glossy color with a stronger pink tint in the center and blend out the edges a little! I donโt have a go-to nude base, but for the glossy centre I like the NYX lip oil in sheer berry. The tint is just strong enough that thereโs definitely color in the centre, but when you blend out the edges it leaves a slight shine but not much color giving it a nice gradient effect.
I really like the healthy pink glossy look a lot of Korean makeup has like the two top photos.
As you can see on the bottom picture, my lips are pretty dull and not a natural bubblegum pink.
I’m looking for lip gloss shades of pink. I live in Canada so I’m limited to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs and Rexall.
My skin is light plus neutral with slight yellow undertones. I might do a gradient with a clear gloss and the pink gloss.
Also any nude lip liner shades are appreciated ๐
