For brows, if you’re not already naturally gifted like this girl is, a brow ink pen can give you these brows. Otherwise, brow wax and a micro brow pencil will work if you have fluffier brows.
Honest Beauty has cream blushes that look exactly like this when tapped in with the fingers. You can also use a liquid lipstick (just be sure that the pigments used are face safe) or liquid blush for the same effect, but a little less radiance.

Found the product breakdown using CoverGirl products. I’m planning on buying the blush and lip oil to try out (and possibly the highlighter) to see how it turns out for me.
That shadow looks awfully close to the pinky peach colour in either colourpop Baby Got Peach or Strawberry Shake (perky, woke respectively)
Glossier Cloud Paint for the blush and possibly lips
Lip balm
Any clear brow gel + a micro brow pencil
Any peachy pink shadow, used with a fluffy brush and a small amount of product
Glossier Lash Slick – mascara
Any sheer, dewy skin tint/foundation
I use a bit of lash glue to get my brows to look that bushy after filling it in a little with a micro tip brow pencil since my brows are sparse🤷♀️

A peachy coral matte shadow for the eyes, like [the center shade in CP Baby Got Peach. ](https://colourpop.com/products/baby-got-peach-eyeshadow-palette?variant=29836570558546&gclid=Cj0KCQjw7ZL6BRCmARIsAH6XFDLuNtHFmyxisa6cYL53W4ALRelj1_rVGtzR-nyQAMu2tdQRfzUyOhoaAm0jEALw_wcB) That shadow diffused all over the lid, crease, and lower lash line would look great.

I think she’s the ambassador/spokesmodel for cover girl, so you could start there!
