What do i need to buy? I am so new to the makeup world. I usually only do eyeliner and mascara (sometimes eyeshadows with a tint lol), want to experiment more with my face. I literally only have eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow, and foundation. What products should I be getting to start a full look? Please just recommend affordable products that I could buy at a pharmacy. I’m not looking for anything high end! Also, if you know of some great YouTube tutorials that will help you out, that would be great too. I tried to look at myself and I am so overwhelmed because there is so much to do! Thanks in advance to all (:
My full face days (maybe 1 or 2 days a week, if Iām motivated) includes the things youāve listed and:
Concealer, bronzer, blush, highlighter if Iām really motivated, and lipstick (pre-covid).
Blushes: Milani baked blushes and highlights are popular.
Bronzer (dependent on skin tone, as they donāt have crap for selection): Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer.
Concealers: Maybelline Age Rewind or Elf (canāt remember the exact one I have right now).
Lipstick is really personal preference. Iāve bought many drugstore ones that were recommended by YouTubers that I didnāt like and just sit in my drawer. NYX has a good variety of options though.
Iād actually search āDrugstore Makeupā or something similar for YouTube videos. Can get some ideas for drugstore options and if you watch a few by different people, Iād try to find someoneās style and/or skin type thatās similar. Someone with oily skin will have way different recommendations that someone with dry skin.
Best of luck!
Maybe one of those all in one ulta boxes, itās like a 200$ value for $20. Perfect for experimenting with shadows, gloss, eyeliner, brushes, blush, primer. Best value for experimenting cheap.

Not really drugstore, but the price point is: BH Cosmetics
Catrice (super cheap, but everything I’ve tried performs well- especially the liquid foundations and liquid lip).
Also, seconding other posters’ recommendation of Nyx.
This YouTuber specializes in affordable makeup and just posted a drugstore starter kit for beginners:

Patrick Ta or Painted by spencer are my fav youtubers they teach really well makeup videos I wish they could do me lol. Start off with your basics, (donāt even need primer but if you like I use hard candy perfection ) so that would be foundation (I use marcelle) , concealer (I use Rimmel London matte), eyeshadow (NYX or hard candy is cheap) maybe eyeliner (NYX), mascara (so many out there but the best by far is LāOreal telescopic or the lash paradise), brow liner (rimmel)or brow promade, maybe setting powder (cover girl) or spray (I got mine from Florida but their cheap)up to you and some lip glosses or stick. My new favourite obsession is the NYX butter glosses got them for Christmas best gloss ive ever tried. Contour isnāt hard as you think I just learned maybe buy a cheap contour stick (mine is PUR) and print out the contour face diagram it pinpoints which shade goes where in the face. Besides that blush (Milani in shade Luminoso is best!) and highlighter (either Milani or NYX) are my favourite to add to the face and youāll be looking really good trust me:)
