I have a cool tone and every lipstick color I try tends to look very pink or pink on my lips, even when I put foundation on my lips. I don’t like red roses so this is not a look for me. Does anyone know a solution to this?

If you go to Sephora or Ulta you can ask them to recommend cool toned lip products. I suspect you’re accidentally purchasing warm lip colors or maybe even neutral is too rosy for your liking.
I thought for a while that I was more cool toned than I am, and recently switched from a very cool foundation to a warm olive one (it’s a journey, i think i need neutral olive but didn’t find it), and I found my lip products look like totally different shades now. Like, of course I thought they would look a little different, but it’s a seriously dramatic change. So i would suggest trying one of the colors that looks too “wine” toned in the tube, a red with lots of blue or purple to it, because it’ll probably look totally different on you.
orange based reds look best on my cool skin. ik it sounds like it would be weird but its not. blue reds go fuchsia on me. revlon fire and ice is a great example of this and looks red on me
