I know it sucks (I have the same fine lines undereye), but might help to keep in mind that makeup can’t change texture. I respect your diligence, you’ve been doing so much! Just because I don’t see it mentioned below, watch how much product you use. It doesn’t look like you have too much in the picture, but I just thought I’d throw it out there.
Once I’ve applied concealer and let it sit for a moment I will take a cotton bud over the creases to get excess product off or put eyeshadow primer in the region also can minimise creasing

I watched a video where a lady said to spray setting spray onto the back of your hand, then use a finger to pick some up and tap that into the area after concealer but before powder. I’ve had mixed success with that (I’ve tried nyx dewy setting spray and fix+, the nyx one worked better for me). She said to only use a tiny bit of powder, and do it after the setting spray has dried.
I’m finding tarte shape tape to be better than maybelline age rewind, which was disappointing because I’d heard great things about the maybelline one (and its way cheaper).
Today I just put foundation over my dark circles and blended that out, so I only got the tiniest bit in the creases, but I dont think that will work for me if I’m doing a full coverage glam face.

Isn’t this how eyes are supposed to look? I think social media might be making us forget what real faces look like.

What have you tried?

don’t apply it all the way up to your eye creases. leave that area bare and there won’t be creasing.
