I have pretty watery eyes and I wear contacts. I currently use the waterproof maybelline lash sensational. For pencil eyeliners I like the Milani stay put all day. Doesn’t budge on me for about 12 hours. For gel I like the L’Oréal lacquer liner or maybelline gel liners, both have lasted 12ish hours on me. For liquid liner I personally use the stila stay all day, it is pricier but has lasted 7 months of daily use making thick wings. I have worn this eyeliner longer than 12 hours for years.

Not a drugstore product, but the IT Cosmetics liquid liner lasts until I remove it. It made it through an all day/all night festival a few summers ago where I was sweating a ton. I have oily lids and this stuff is amazing. I sometimes use the Wet n Wild eye primer under it.
Also, I wear it daily and it has lasted over a year with no signs of being empty yet, so I find it to be worth the cost.
I’ve never found a mascara that doesn’t smudge on me eventually, so I stick with false lashes when I’m worried about smudging.
