I love this. To me, it appears we now have a fresh location to put our eyeshadow. I can’t wait to see this take off in all different directions color-wise and stylistically. Why should we be limited to our upper lids? 🙂

why recreate eyebags with makeup when you could just study engineering and get them for real?

I always thought eye bags were the puffy circles under ones eyes that look good on no one. This is a dark circle trend.
