I have thick, dark eyebrows and usually don’t do anything to them, but I do some wilder makeup and don’t know how to get colorful brows without just smearing liquid eye shadow on them. Sometimes I see looks here with fancy, colorful eyebrows. How it works? And what’s the best way to glue the glitter to the eyebrows? Thanks everyone!
