I just want eyeliner that isn’t stubborn or hard to remove. Preferably I like to remove with water. I use the Maybelline stylus, it comes off very easily and it basically crumbles. I don’t mind if the eyeliner doesn’t last long!

Try a cake liner. They’re water activated so they come off with water as well. Suva is a well known brand for cake liners but they’re definitely not the only brand

cake liners are your best option, or you can use face paint like snazaroo with a mixing medium like inglot duraline which will make the liner slightly more longwearing but will still come off with water x
I don’t have any recommendations but its really not good for your skin long term to just wash off makeup with eyeliner! Even some micellar water and a cotton pad will leave you much cleaner.
