This is very saturated, she likely has great pigments but also used photoshop to make it pop even more

I mean it’s a gorgeous look, but you won’t get that exact look in real life even if you used all the same products. That amount of saturation can only be achieved with editing.
The lipstick is stunning! Like ripe cherries. Sadly it’s PacMcGrath too, I don’t even want to know by how much I can’t afford that haha
My first thought is the Flight Club palette from Menagerie Cosmetics!
Reminds me of the Juvia’s place Masquerade palette. Definitely check that one out, it’s probably my favorite palette I’ve ever used and all of those colors are in it 🙂

It has similar colors to the Urban Decay Ultraviolet palette
The BPerfect palette in collaboration with Stacy Marie the volume 3 for the mattes. For the brow highlight Terramoon Cosmetics has amazing pigments. The shades hydra & purple clouds may work.
What is a dupe for the highlight used? And are there any fuschia highlights like this?
Anastasia Beverly Hills norvina volume 1 palette is what I’d use to try to recreate
this reminds me of the of one of the purple palletes colourpop has put out! a cheap dupe for the pat mcgrath
Applied cream or gel base then wet eyeshadow technique and pack it on and only lightly blend out very edges. I like cover fx for the gel base. I use their liquid highlighter and it really makes eyeshadow stick and pop.
Rituel de fille had a highlighter called the sorcerer that looks exactly like what she has on her cheek and nose area.
Wet and wild highlighters and Juvia’s place eyeshadow cause they are beautifully pigmented! I’m sure wet and wild has that lip shade in liquid matte and gloss. With the highlighters I’d get two, one that shifts blue and lilac and one that compliments your skin tone.
Based on what I own, Huda’s Desert Dusk palette. However, you’re not going to get that degree of saturation from it.
You can use Temptalia to look for dupes for specific shades.
I would recommend a loose pigment eyeshadow. They tend to be a little more vibrant than pressed powdered shadows. The brand “Makeup A Murder” has absolutely insane loose pigments that are incredibly vibrant.
I would say that the Lime Crime Venus III palette has a lot of those colors.
Norvina, Juvia, and Huda pallets suit this specific eye look

Perhaps the colored raine power palette of you mix some of the shade.
Use an eye base like P Louise x MMMMitchell acid rain in a purple shade and pack your shadows on top.
I haven’t tried in a long time but I used to be able to get a really bright purple by using lancome eyeliner in light violine over most of my eyelid and putting a white/blue iridescent eyeshadow from hard candy on top. It came out super pigmented and bright. I haven’t been able to find a replacement for those products, so all these suggestions are awesome!
Ok for this look, the closest palette I can think of is the “ Urban Decay ELEMENTS EYESHADOW PALETTE” For the lips the closest is “ Man Eater “ by Gerard cosmetics ✨ Also, you can try the “ Mauves and Violets palette by Juvia’s Place “ not the exact colors but close ✨
Viseart Violette Etendú topped with the duochrome shimmer from the pink and orange shimmer Rare Beauty palette.
Urban Decay Naked Ultraviolet would be a good alternative.
