What’s the best way to refresh dried eyeshadow? It is more and more difficult to apply and create color for some reason. It’s duo chrome idk if that matters. What should I add to it?
Sometimes powders get a film over the top called hard pan. You can press a piece of scotch tape on it and lift off that layer.
Is this a Nomad shadow? Ko Pha Ngan?
You can scrape the top with a spoolie and then use your regular eyeshadow brush to pick up and apply the loose power!
