I noticed for me if I recently picked on my skin or the pimple popped it’s very hard to get anything to cover that skin bc it’s soft and compromised. I usually do the moisturizer and loose powder trick as a primer and my foundation sticks to it really well. try putting on concealer on it first, NOT BLENDING, and then putting foundation on it after the concealer sets
Your skin is probably dried out there. Focus on skincare first and then apply a sheer luminous foundation using a sponge not a brush. Ideally just avoid makeup if you can and just wait for your skin care products to help the area get back to normal
I like the cheap drugstore stick concealers for spots like this. Glop on heavily, just pat a little on the top, and then drag your fingers around the edges to blend. Thick layer of powder pressed on top of that. You’ll still be able to see that it’s a bit different but it evens out the color, anyway.

Slap on a thick layer of a silicone-based primer like smashbox’s, wait, then gently pat on foundation with a sponge.

It looks like you need to do some exfoliating, that will help your foundation lay better! I really like the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads.
