I have the YSL Touche Radiant Touch Highlight Pen, and it still looks dry and mushy. I tried putting eye cream underneath, bb cream, dabbing with a makeup sponge, which helps … but it still looks mushy. Advices? Thank you!

I never really had specific issues with this pen but I just didn’t think it lived up to the hype!! Maybe slightly cakey and not that brightening
