Hi makeup folks, I’m pretty new to the whole makeup scene and my girlfriend wanted to experiment with makeup so I thought I’d try to help in any way I can. Now, I can’t help but notice that a lot of YouTubers tend to have this sort of yellow tint (almost really light green) when they put on foundation (or whatever it is, maybe a primer. ?). Anyway, I was wondering what caused this and what are the ways to avoid it? Also, is sth happening to the skin most of the time lighter when they put on the foundation? Any advice or knowledge is welcome.
That tint could be from the lighting they use. Studio lights are quite harsh. Have your girlfriend post some photos of her skin (wrist, neck or face) in various lighting and people on the sub can direct her towards various foundations to try. Foundation matching is very much trail and error
