I recently became allergic to what looks like all eyelash glue, never had this problem before. It’s good when the scythes are activated but when I take them off at the end of the night, it itches me tremendously. Then the next day my lash line is so swollen and red, the following days there are scabs. I have experimented with different generic brands of ulta. Anyone have any advice? Note: I do not tear the eyelashes. I use eye makeup oil on a cotton ball or gently wet it with water until the lashes fall out.
Do you have a latex allergy? A lot of lash glues are basically liquid latex
Maybe it is the remover? Usually a contact allergy would be present during contact. If you are using a remover then having a reaction that could be the problem.

Also could be blepharitis. Use dandruff shampoo on your hair and lid scrubs with half water/half baby shampoo daily. I use a touch of 1% cortisone ointment when really inflamed but using this too often can cause skin thinning
